Hey guys

There's this Twenty-One Pilots song. And the chorus starts like this. "Stay alive, stay alive for me" And i watched this video the other day. A girl was filming at one of their concerts and she filmed them singing those lyrics. And after they finished, she screamed "I did!" It really struck a chord with me. The guttural scream she gave, the way all the people around her started cheering. I actually started crying while i was watching it.


And i make no secret that i struggle with depression and anxiety. But in the beginning, i did. i kept it a secret. Like i was committing a crime or something.

I just wanted to let you know, that its not a crime. Its not a sin or a terrible thing to keep hidden. Tell the people you are close to and let them help you. I promise you that in the end it will help. And it might save your life.



I love you all so much and i hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

    I know I'm coming on this kinda late, Lia, but I've got to thank you for the post. It struck a chord. I hope that your depression gets better, and, honestly, on or offline, don't hesitate to give me a ring if you ever need someone to talk (or rant) to - depression is frustrating. I know I'm not great at talking, but I'll try, anyways.
