Goals for 2019

I didn't do this last year, because I was not prepared  for the new year at the time. But now since i'm supposed to be a "responsible adult" I was more prepared to start 2019 fresh.

So hopefully I can stick to these goals and we will my progress at the end of the year :)

Keep Catholic Girl Stuff alive

I'm going to try really really hard to not abandon the blog again. I hope all of you will keep me accountable and yell at me if I slack.

Exercise more

This is probably everyone's goal for the new year, but I hate exercising. So I am going to try to do it this year. I hope I don't die in the process....

Focus on my mental health

Trying not to put myself in situations to damage it, try not to be around people who are negative.

Write more blog posts on the Singing Writer

I'm trying to establish a schedule and actually stick to it. hehehe

Journal

I really want to be one of those people who journals almost every day and has a full one by the end of the year, but usually what happens is I journal for two weeks and then forget.... So i'm going to try!

Eat healthier

I was really poor with my eating habits in 2018, I would like to change that in 2019

Spend less time on social media

I know I know, better said than done. But for the sake of my eyes, I need to cut down

Read 150 books

Should be pretty easy, I read really fast :D

Learn how to play my guitar

MK got me a guitar for graduation last year and I still have to learn how to play it. So goal for this year

Talk to me in the comments! What are some of your goals for 2019?

  1. Awesome goals!

I'm also trying to journal in 2019. I've been doing it rather sporadically this past year, where I would write every day for a week and then not make a single entry for a month. Whoops. XD

  4. Ooh these are wonderful goals! 150 books--you go girl! My goal this year is 50...

Totally get the journaling thing. It'd be so cool to have a year recorded in faithful entries, but it's so horribly easy to slack. And exercising. Yes. *sobs*

God bless you in 2019, Lia! (And every year, but, y'know.)

    1. I've always been a quick reader so I just figured that would work! Believe it or not, I believe in 2018 I read 250 books

      Thanks Megan :)

  5. I journaled almost every day last year, and once you get past the first month, it becomes a habit. Also, not every entry needs to be a page long, just write what you feel like.

Awesome goals! 150!? I'm hoping for 70. ;) I can't wait to hear about all of how these go!
